Now do I risk that my chinesium calipers are somehow calibrated to be within 0.1mm of Graham's??
I've been caught out before, could do without a penalty!
yes those calipers do look a bit dodgy

but in general most entrants know by now that I try very hard not to apply "penalties" unless there is a clear violation of the rules like minimum diameter 19mm and they are obviously not and that the Stage record results show that the cars results gave the car a
clear advantage over the same class competitors because of the infringement.
However during the scrutineering all cars will be measured and all non compliance will be reported regardless of any "penalties" which may or may not be applied at the end of the series.

First (and unfortunately only chance) shakedown before posting off. Still a bit more fettling to be done, some fitting issues and front axle height to sort on the indy and I think I'll take the weight out and try to find some less grippy tyres for the Williams. On the plus side they both made it round the track the right way round no problems.

The Williams FW07 may look like it's missing it's front wing but it did race like this as the FW07B

Yep that's the one I was going for, we used to run these as a club class but with 20k long can motors and 69mm width, absolute rockets and guarantee any an every extraneous bit of bodywork would be gone within the first heat!
