Yes, if you ignore Slot It, NSR, Sideways and Thunderslot  Bigsmile

Depends how you define competitive I suppose.

An OOTB Revo will be pretty competitive with one that's been prepped but not sure I'd agree a similar statement is true of those Ade.

Horses for courses I guess. Revo's tend to be fairly mediocre around our circuit (don't know whether its a weight, torque, motor or gearing thing), whereas we run box-stock classes of the others in various forms with good results.
But if this proxy has shown anything, it's that you can take the same cars to a different track and have completely different outcomes.

We were talking about this last week at the club, Andy asked me how I thought we'd do and I said I haven't the foggiest idea as it's all up on the air this time so what will be will be.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the cars close up later in the year.

I’ve learned finally, there’s a lot you can do with Revo’s but it’s different with each car.  My Viper for example has 2.5mm brass float nuts on the front while my Porsche GT2 uses them on the rear.   Blue body cups can make a difference as well as deburring, polishing items and understanding this chassis actually has flex.
