Having tried my best to get an answer from DPD Customer services Chat line,
It seems they do not deliver on a weekend, so the Round 2 will be postponed until further notice and we will look to have the cars collected next week, assuming that they arrive eventually early next week Tappingfoot

I didn't expect them to deliver today, that's hugely disappointing especially as the pickup of the Rally cars box arrived so swiftly.

To be honest none of these companies seem to have a plan B when things go wrong. To me it sounds like the box was incorrectly entered on their system and to the wrong Depot, probably why the Tracking App does not recognise the order entry. Even more frustrating is that their customer service cannot get information from their operations until the issue has been resolved. So hopefully we will get the cars on Monday and then get an excuse from the Customer Service which will no doubt be anything but operator error.

Are we next up then Graham?

If so, need delivery on Thursday 28th September or Monday 2nd October to the Depot if DHL.

I am away that weekend at a 6 hour race at the Avon Club.

DHL preferred as opposed to Dont Parcel Deliver

Should be South Manchester next weekend, then onto you. Don’t worry you will get the DHL service for better or worse.

Interestingly, DPD have just made a delivery to one of my neighbours. As today is Sunday, they do some deliveries around here at weekends. I do not live in a heavily populated area, in fact I'm almost at the Peak District National Park.
Who knows, the cars could still arrive.

Yes I have also seen the DPD delivery van locally delivering on a weekend too, but the customer service agent was quite emphatic that they do not deliver on a weekend.......make of that what you wish

Same here, as I was reading the above posts a DPD van made a delivery to a house across the road from me in Telford.
