Thanks, guys, I'm so glad you appreciate it!
Mark, I think that handmade things often get another presence, despite imperfections.
Anyway, it suits the track theme I've chosen well.

The old freezing MRRC couple!
How faithful they are! They have attended almost every race on scenic tracks anywhere for some 60 years!
Always dressed for a cold day whatever season it is, still waving (he must know everyone in the business by now), still holding on to her handbag with a firm grip.
Admirable!
I keep them original, but I was tempted to offer him a better-looking hat. I have made them a table and chairs set out of 1mm steel wire and styrene.
Clamped around a wood piece it is easy to glue, they don't have to be crash-proof.
The guys at the other table are demobilized Airfix soldiers.
I tell myself not to get stuck in details, that's why there are no coffee cups or ashtrays on the tables.
Cheers Carver

Yep...now you point it out, those tables
do need some glasses and cutlery.

Maybe it is also customary at this kiosk that you have to wait forever for your order?

Impressing what you guys get out of a small corner of scenery.
Hifi, If I only knew you had an MRRC hat like that, I wouldn't...
I got myself together and started with the remaining, rough landscaping.
I am new to this, maybe that is why I get into so complicated constructions?

More work with styrofoam...
...and finished off the border of the table.
Sometimes I wish I had a square table!

What is your technique for shaping and creating the texture on the foam?
