I wonder if the driver is offering a next day delivery service for parcels   Rofl

Just had to change my next day order this week back to DPD, as I have waited 2 days for DHL to collect without success  Tappingfoot

For the previous proxy we had a reasonable run with DHL, now suddenly they seem to have run off a cliff, and I see they are now rated 1.2 on Trust Pilot.
It's beginning to get me down, and I am wondering if running these proxies are viable, using direct delivery in future

Do you think the large box is the problem?

Would 3 smaller boxes be easier to ship?

Yes i read that but I think the merger has been referred to the Government Monopoly department, so probably DHL is jumping the gun a bit in reducing their services to the Envri level.

However I just taken another look at Royal Mail 48 tracking service which might be an alternative route to take. Our parcel box size and weight is within the remit of their Medium size parcel service.

Yes its not necessarily speed of delivery we need, it is reliability.
I have always found RM48 hour service pretty good for small parcels, and they at least are collected by the regular Postie and can be delivered to the local post office, if the recipant is not at home.

I was going to suggest Parcel Force...like you've said before not the cheapest but they get your parcel there and have a good reputation for reliability which is the most important thing of all.
