I did not have that combination in mind, so really you can’t have 2 cars running in the same car class even if they are of different construction.

The idea of the 2 classes for each Event is based on the reality of how the real racing would have been run. GT1 would have been run with GT2 cars, LMP would have been run alongside with Group C cars at least for a period. And there are winners prizes for each class in a race.
