Sadly a few of our regular Teams could not make the journey with us this time around for personal reasons, so we do not have Lifeboats Racing, Mountain View or Groundhogs taking part. But I would hope to see them again in the Autumn Proxy.
Generally speaking we have a fairly even distribution of cars across all 4 Events, and similar mixture of Car Construction types or classes. So we should be in for a good competition all round

I had a Fly Marcos in B with a home printed chassis adapted from a downloaded file, but as I had two I decided not to split the pair, and keep them for home use.
Scott Sports one should go well, low and decently wide.
Also missing the cut was a a C class Elise with a home designed and printed chassis. Mostly because to look right, I was on the edge of tyre difference (Avant put large rear arches and smaller fronts, and I dont like big arch gaps
) plus ground clearance was marginal to say the least, although I could have sorted that with less offset. But I decided to shelve it in favour of the M1 which is well within those limits.
Had I known there were 3 other C class M1's, I may have persevered

But it's nice to be different
I have a couple of Marcos LM's and one day...one day I'll make a chassis for one as it's a much nicer looking car in your hands than in a pic.

I realised today I was thinking Panoz not Marcos...but still love to see the Marcos as it's in my 'favourites' list.
Of all the Revoslots we've seen at the club the Marcos is the one to beat and the nicest to race.
