couple of issues found so far :-

RUSCILLO Audi #2 event 2

       
hot glue on motor re-attached 
       
broken guide , i didnt have a team slot replacement , so plastic weld repaired ( fingers crossed)
       
one front body post broken , the other on its way out , repaired with electrical shrink insulation 
   
rear body mounting screw missing , possible cause of the front post breakages

think driver had lost something in the back , this car might go better now he is watching where he is going 

OXO TR7 # 11 event 3

broken front body post , this has been a recurring problem ? hopefully it is now a permanent fix , was wondering why this car was performing so poorly against the other Triumph's  , we will see

A couple of us were at the club this afternoon working on Little Druidale to add some interesting features like stone bridge, a couple of derelict broken down stone cottages...and a little 'lumpy' section.

The plan is to set up two webcams, an overall view and a trackside view.  Camerawork is out of my hands, we don't have internet access at the club so it'll be recorded, edited and uploaded to youtube.

Getting nervous and excited

I am hoping to do something similar for my stage of the "Touring Cars Proxy", to capture the action on both half's of my Carrera track, but being somewhat short on computer skills, I have not worked out, how to connect the 2 webcams I bought to the software I have as yet, just does not seem to recognise the cameras 
So I will be very interested to hear how your IT guru manages it.

He's in a wargaming club as well as Slot cars.  I can tell you he uses logitech webcams and the software he uses (probably logitech) allows him to do camera-in-camera.

We have finished the NERCS round of the rally. I will post the top 3 of each class tomorrow morning. Gerry is still getting his head around the maths to sort the rest of the positions out!

Cars have been collected and are on their way to the Isle of Man.

TT fortnight is almost upon us, one of the Rally stages is called TT Grandstand which happened to be full of Rally cars at the weekend for one of the big events of the year here.

We'll get all the cars lined up on there for a photo shoot and take it from there
