It's when the chassis and front axle have irreconcilable differences. They separate.
Here's my old clunker when I first bought it. It has separate front axle supports as part of the body. The chassis only supports the motor and rear axle.

I forgot to post a pic of what's on it's way. Oops.
It's never too late to be late... Or something like that.

I humbly thank you for the kind words, Nico.
I think your Vega would have won the "eye candy" contest, hands down. Incredible colour!
I look forward to finishing off the exhaust and other details when it returns. I ran out of time. Does that ever happen to anyone else? Or just me?
I hope the 2019 Micro Scalex 70-Mustang doesn't really need wheelie bars. They're somewhere on the bench still.

Our local Royal Mail delivery office is creaking somewhat with staff absences. If you haven’t posted cars, please get them on their way ASAP. And then we’ll see how things are looking after the weekend.

Andy,
Thank you for the heads up. Royal Mail says the eagle has landed. Now it needs to wind its way to your door.
We give what we have. There are various styles of chrome Hot Wheels engines and surf boards donated as door prizes for HO builders. There's only a few. (If anyone wants one? Now would be a good time to buy Andy a coffee)

Hi Andy,
5 cars posted today. Sorry no photo, but almost all have raced before. That said, the only appearance by the Chevy Impala
T-Jet was blighted by the non magnet Dash chassis. It now has new Vincent wheels and a new Auto World chassis.
My new car for the 2019 MS class is a chopped and lowered 29 Ford coupe...It's not the same motor/chassis as used in the 32 Ford,
so performance is not guaranteed!
Looking forward to next week, and hoping that Royal Mail doesn't delay or misplace any of our packages
Iain
