Rally-Sprint Proxy Event Jan-Feb 2021 - Info & Sign-up
#21

Hi guys and girls,
First I would like to say thank you for letting me enter this event from the wilds of the north east! I’m (like an increasing number of people) got in to this hobby again about a year ago and only recently found out aabout proxy racing.
I thought I would show you my entry to this rally, no idea how they will do but I enjoyed getting them ready.
Class 1 scalextric Skoda Fabia wrc 4x4

Class 3 SCX Toyota Celica 4x4

Will be on the lookout for any more proxy events in the future. Good luck and stay safe.
P.s. would be good to see other people entrants.

Boxes arriving in the past 24 hours are from Leo, Alan W and (I think) from Wye Valley (Alan B, Sebastian & Phil F). Clive's arrived last week.

Thank you all for getting your cars on the road nice and early. Our local Royal Mail sorting & delivery office had 47 staff call in sick on Monday, so there is a small on-going backlog of a day or two. For those of you yet to post, please bear that in mind.

We had a hosts' pow-wow last night and have built in some flexibility to the schedule by extending into the first week on March. The start date is still Wednesday 20 January and the official end date is now Sunday 7 March.

There are also a couple of necessary tweaks to the stages...

1) SS1 has been cancelled to get the cars to Worthing sooner (and safely). The rally will now start with SS2.
2) SS5 & SS6 have been relocated from South Down's club house in Barnham to Oli's home in West Worthing - more details to follow.
