No, the parcel did not get entered onto their tracking system, when you enter the order number you just get "parcel was not collected "

I don't have the consignment note with me but will bring it to work tomorrow and call the courier who collected our box and ask them where it is.

All I get on the customer service chat line again today is to wait another 1-2 working days for an update, which is what they said on Friday, and Saturday although they said the weekend are not working days ( and they don’t deliver at weekends apparently…..)

Right...apparently the box is back at Skelmersdale, it's been scanned today....
I have a tracking number for it and will let Graham know....fingers crossed!

The good news is that this tracking number does show the movement of the box from IOM to the mainland but ended up at Oldbury Birmingham Lost Property Depot, the tracking does not yet show any update from there onwards, but hopefully Kevan's local DPD agent is correct and that it is on the Road again..... to somewhere Tappingfoot

I spent ages phoning all the 'help' numbers on DPD website and going nowhere but back to the beginning, those I spoke to couldn't understand properly what the problem is "you need to go on dpdlocal-online"...yeah and end up back here again repeating the process.

I've been onto the local DPD agents this evening after work (thankfully they're open 'til 6pm), there's been a tracking label faux pas by someone or other - but the tracking 'on the box' is correctly registered to be delivered to Burnley and the helpful lady I spoke to (who's first language is English) will get on the case in the morning.

Has the box of proxy cars been found, yet?

I have a contact in DPD, it's possible he could chase it up for us.
