Not to mention cost incurred by the organiser to transport cars separately, and time for scrutineering outside of their schedule.
Postage delays are beyond control but other than that .....

That's good, 40 cars takes away the headache of deciding which car races solo as we'll race 2 at a time.
Did you get a qually time for this latecomer?

Yes I did managed a one off run, normally I would run my test car first before a run a bunch of cars, to check the track is working. And also I do get differences due to temperature. Today it was exceptionally hot so not typical of the runs I recorded over the weekend. I did not get a chance to try again later as I was busy preparing the packaging for the 42 cars. I just finished now, so it took me a full day to Sicker code label all the cars and associated foam board plinths, according to the Lap time positions, pluck out the foam pockets from 5 packaging layers, add a few , entrants names under their cars ( as they forgot) and repaired a couple with loose spoilers etc.
But we are all ready now.

With the time you managed, bearing in mind it wasn't in the same circumstances but I need to know where abouts in the qualification table does this car sit as I'm setting up the heats.

Battle of the Calibras will be good too, 6 of 'em in total, 5 in Class C.

Good Morning,
well it is abit of a race here to see if Green Star Racing cars get delivered before the DPD man arrives to collect the box, and even if they do within the next 2 hours will I get time to scrutineer them....at the moment it is looking doubtful.
I have updated the Qualifying cars list as I was able to attribute a time to ALS BMW 2002
Team Cube - Vauxhall Vectra - Bodyshell incomplete
ALS Racing - Audi A4 - wide rear tyres (10.5mm)
BLAKE is now renamed Team Tatters

HOT NEWS!
Green Star Racing cars have arrived, been Scrutineer checked and packed ready to be dispatched to the Manx Club.
Also I received a pair of 10mm rear tyres from Hotlap, which have been fitted to the Opel Calibra, so this car is now officially Legal.
Phew! that was a very close call for both these teams
And the cars have just been collected, so on their way

*Breathes huge sigh of relief!*
FedEx can shove it where the sun doesn't shine (My blacklist of couriers is getting longer with each event!).
Right, lets go racing!
