A busy day for me tomorrow, so here is the

Championship Review
General
Well done to the Trelawny Club members on their first Proxy Round.
I think this Round 6 ran as I might have expected ie "top speed" was not such a dominate factor with this round. And this gave opportunities to some of the other entrants cars to catch up.  There was a few car issues
A case of body post failure for Team Cubes Ferrari 250GTO and sadly a rear window fall out of the Ford Capri.
Lifeboats Lotus guide braid fell out.
Luckily these issues were found and sorted during the practise sessions.
Less lucky was BAracer whose Ferrari 412P had a wire come out the guide during the heat run.
Brumos Camaro wheel rubbing was something new, hopefully this might be a one off track issue.

Championship Results
Kinara Trophy
1st Place - ModSports Corvette Stingray (106pts)
2nd Place - Brumos RSR Porsche 904 (91pts)
3rd Place - RoadRunners Ferrari 250 GTO (79pts)
A repeat of the last round 1,2,3, looking like a familiar pattern now.

Gerry Marshall Touring cars
1st Place - LeManx Jaguar XJ 12C (120pts)
2nd Place - Brumos RSR Camaro (69pts)
3rd Place - BatManx Camaro Z28 (63pts)
Another astonishing result for BatManx Standard-ish Camaro, 2nd place finishing could be a real possibility now. LeManx Jaguar is well out of sight from the rest of the field.

Whitsun Trophy
1st Place - RoadRunners Ferrari 330 Spyder (106pts)
2nd Place - LeManx Ford GT40 (80pts)
3rd Place - ModSports Ford GTMKIV (77pts)
A good run for RoadRunners Ferrari has extended the lead once again, assisted by the battle between the Manx Club entrants which now puts LeManx GT40 in 2nd Place.

Round 6 Fastest Lap

Next Round will be a return to Conington Park near Kings Lynn, next weekend.
It is another home based routed wood, small sprint track....but will the results be similar to those at Trelawny ?

ANNOUNCEMENT
There will now be 9 Rounds in this proxy to able to finish before Christmas.
Round 7 Conington Park.
Round 8 NERCS
Round 9 Manx Slot Car Club

I think with the current state of play, it should be enough to decide the winners of this proxy.

I know unplanned for circumstances always arise from time to time so it's only understandable to do this.

Which host is missing out?

I had initially planned to run at Culverstone in September but that did not work out as planned. So I was hoping to get another host to fill in later in the series.
However the Autumn period from September to December is quite short to run a 10 round proxy, probably would have been better to have made it an 8 Round series.
