I have a question about rule G7 and need some clarification please. My apologies I do not understand what you mean by 'body mount screws must be fully covered'. 
Please if you could explain this further.

Hi Fred,
This rule is to stop loosened body screws ( to help body rock ) from falling onto the track or contact rails. I usually place a small square piece of black electrical insulation tape across each screw.
