I can attempt to remove the rear axle and try to free the bushing; but I'd rather not try this without prior consent due to the risk of causing damage to the axle/bushing and/or chassis (as the other bushing is bonded in place to the 3d print chassis). 

I can't understand how that has happened, a few rounds have been completed, maybe it was like that from teh start.

Go ahead and do what you can.

If it breaks, no problem I will withdraw it.
