More scenery. This is supposed to be hobby-racers preparing their cars.
At first I intended to turn these Airfix cars into slot cars, but they are both a little underscaled.
So I decided to make them static for scenery, thinking that the open bonnet would look nice.
The Frog-eye came together all right, but the TR4 was a bit disappointing, a rather poor kit!
But will do for my purpose!
Figures are a mix of reworked Airfix soldiers and readymades.
Feel free to blow up to find five faults!
Cheers, Carver

Blow it up? No man. Why would anyone want a block of C4 explosives anywhere near it?
Your work is stunning!!!
I turned a TR4 into a slot car. Everyone needs to try a super skinny slot car at least once in their life. You're always on the edge of your seat like a roller coaster.

Well, I believe there is another meaning.
Thanks mates!
There is always something to add to a track…
Ken, I have seen your TR4, it looks lovely!
I have nothing against small narrow cars, it is just that I already have quite a few.

Btw: Nobody seem to discover the 5 faults!

Looks fabulous to me.
I have a tough time finding fault in any of your work.

It's much easier to find 147 correct details than 5 faults!

@Ken: No doubt, the outhouse basement appartments have too long been neglected in the slot car world! We must put an end to that!
@Hub: You have a point there!
However! While bullding the Airfix cars, some small parts jumped to the floor, gone for ever, of course. Some other small parts I left out, being too small to handle.
The comments here have convinced me, I still don’t have to lay awake at night,

especially if I do something to the most obvious, the missing Triumph fuel cap!

I had seen that hole, but thought it was for the fixing of the hardtop. (I am not used to Airfix cars).

The metric tools on the workbench can't be right when fixing British cars?
Joke aside, fantastic work!
