An random invitation went out for a pop-up race. Seven friends answered the call. After a round of pizza, a race broke out.

Up first were USSRC class cars. Quite a mixed field. Drivers could race 3-cars each. Some of us are on a low budget and only have one car.

   
   
   

Then came the "Big Boat" class. Scratch built full size cars with 14K 'Jack Rabbit" motors.

   
   
   

70's GP cars are a fast class with stock Scalex slim line motors.

   
   
   

Group 5 were up next.

   
   

As a bonus. The host built three 1/24 NASCAR IROC cars. Super looking cars. Everyone was quite happy to beat them... I mean race them around the track. Close fender to fender racing is always a blast.
