And the results from Stage 10 (Madrid)
I will update the SCOREBOARD tomorrow
There was a couple of car issues:
Makem's Bizzarrini has seized gears.
Brumos Corvette Coupe has some tape on the bottom which was fouling the track and holding the car back on Stage 10
Hopefully I will get a chance to look at these cars tomorrtow.

Good afternoon
many thanks to Paul & Chris for running the cars at the Whitchurch Rally Club for Round 5.
I was there to record the two Stages which I will post in due course.
Targa Florio Road race update.
The two stages at Whitchurch were quite different, Anglesey wood routed track proved more difficult than it looked for a lot of the cars, and being quite a short lap with a ramp section in the main straight and sharp left hand turn after the start meant that the times were extremely close and deslots very costly. The Madrid SCX track was a longer run with a series of straights and sharp curves/cross overs and perhaps favoured the faster cars a little more. It was a good and bad Round for the Brumos Cars, a good round for the Trelawney entrants, a surprise podium for Makem's Allard and good run for Oxo cube's GT40 especially on the Madrid stage.
So the overall results after Round 5
Classic Event
With the ModSports Jaguar XK120B in for repair, there has been some changes ay the top, good runs for the Bangers Racing Ferrari on the "home tracks"
1st - Batmanx (Jaguar XK120A ) 94pts
Joint 2nd - ModSports (Jaguar XK120A) & Bangers Racing (Ferrari 166) 93pts
Gran Turismo
Brumos and Demon Tweeks Corvettes both started off well and then Brumos Corvette developed a chassis issue for the 2nd Stage. This has enabled some catching up of the leading challengers. Also good runs for the Ferrari 250P of Equipe Trelawney and the Porsche 906 of Krapspeed.
1st - Brumos RSR (Corvette Coupe) 101pts
2nd - Bangers Racing (Shelby Cobra) 94pts
3rd - Demon Tweeks (Corvette Corvette Speedster) 92pts
Prototypes
The Ford GT40 of Ruscillo Racing was in good form keeping the Roadrunners Ferrari 412P honest, the De Tomaso of Brumos seems to had mixed runs, but enabled it to creep into 3rd position overall, a rare appearance of Bangers Racing on the podium for the Anglesey stage, and good runs for the Ford GT40 of Oxo Cube.
1st - Roadrunners (Ferrari 412P) 130pts
2nd - Ruscillo Racing (Ford GT40) 115pts
3rd - Brumos RSR (De Tomaso) 97pts
So the Class leaders are:
Class A - Batmanx (Jaguar XK120A)
Class B- Bangers Racing (Ferrari 166)
Class C - Equipe T (Ferrari 250P)
Class D - Brumos RSR (Corvette Coupe)
Class E - Batmanx Porsche 908/02)
Class F - Roadrunners (Ferrari 412P)
Positions have changed a bit and probably will do so again as we move onto the mid Series Round at Worrthing/Brighton on 20th November.
Car repairs
Makem Bizzarrini - pinion gear was split, so I have replaced it.
Brumos Corvette - stabilizing tape under car was dropping off due to oil ingress. The car will be sent back to the owner.
ModSports Jaguar XK120 motor mount has been repaired and Batmanx Guide holder replaced, hopefully they will get back in time for Round 6

With the original tape now fully removed, please attempt to replace the tape with the weight in the prior location. No need to ship home.
