It is quite an interesting move by MR Slotman into 50's slot car era  Sun and an excuse for another Corvette   Bigsmile
If is has the same track clearance as the Revo's it might struggle to meet the spec for the "Classic RoadRace"...........we will have to see, it will probably not arrive until next year anyway.

Andy, a tremendous report and great to see you back at the Festival.
Also a big thank you to Ric and Marc from the Slot Car Magazine stand next to me, for taking care of Slot Rally Hill, when I was absent during the few short breaks.
For the first time I met Ron from STNE. We had a nice chat about his beautiful 3D figures. Many were used at Slot Rally Hill, including figures of his new Rally Spectator Set.
It was also great to meet George Turner again, this time as a visitor. He showed me one of his latest projects: The body of a Sebring MGC GT in 1:24 scale, a wonderful car.
The track was in use almost all Saturday, and I was surprised that people came from so far away to visit the Festival.
For instance, there was a guy from Scotland who came to have a look at Slot Rally Hill because he wanted to build his own scenic slot rally track.

It was really nice to see people doing a few laps on my rally track with a big smile on their face.
Even John Underwood (winner of the RTR and modified class of the Policar National GP Gaydon 2024) brought his privately prepared SRC Porsche 914/6 to the track on Sunday and put in some stunningly fast laps, which I couldn't improve on. He is a true champion.

Thanks also to the organizers and all the volunteers of the event.
It was a pleasure to be a part of it and be there.
