Cars in the post!
In running one of them over the weekend, I just need to flag that you may want to dust off some of your spare penalty notices once you get your hands on my Mclaren GTR. In my defence, it's a car built for a local class that has been collecting dust and which I wanted to give a run out...do as you see fit!
The other car is a little cracker! Hopefully I won't be down the bottom of whatever scoring system you are running this time. (I put some proper tyres on my Alfa Touring Car and it runs like a steam train now!)
Good luck everyone
Regards
Fast Boy Slow
Your expectations regarding the Mclaren GTR have been realised.

If we all complied with the rules, you would be out of a job!
The GTR looks faster than it actually is, there's a lot you need to get right to get a car to perform, and you were meant to give it a good old run out to help me find out what I need to do!
I love puttering with gears

I am afraid my personal rule is that 3 counts and you’re out.
Track clearance was less than 1.5mm
Rear tyres were 11mm
Interior was not decorated.
So it would have accrued 15% time penalties if I choose to run it....which I don’t

As Eric Morecambe may have said in the circumstance 'The car is built to meet all the requirements of the rules...but possibly the wrong proxy'

At least I know what the ground clearance is on it. That's handy to know.
But I don't understand your reluctance to accept a drivers choice of black overalls, black gloves, black helmet and black visor!

So we are getting there with still 16 days to go, and I am sure there will be a few more surprises for me before then.......

I will run the car during qualifying session, just to see what might have been.....
