i have a few pioneer legends.
I drive 1 car for a while.
I have problem with the sliders.
they fall out. the copper wires.
and the sliders it self is very weak.
does anyone have a solution for that
have seen somewhere people use a 2mm grub screw
inserted into the split section of the guide post to splay the post out a little
open the car , place the guide post into the chassis , insert the grub screw and tighten until secure , replace car body
obviously don't screw it in too deep to prevent the guide from turning , but enough to secure it in the chassis
that is if i understand your problem correctly
I think he's referring to how the wire and braid are held in, much like the BSCRA cars setup. I've never seen one but if it's like this you need to tweak the brass strip to open it up a little so it's much tighter in the guide holes...or a dap of superglue
