Hi all end happy new year.
After Kevans comment about tyre wear (i had not taken into account heavy cars) it is clear that we have to change tyres.So we return back to free choice for this year.So the tyre clause in rules changes to:
 Rear tires must be rubber or urethane,no silicone or foam,maximum width wall to wall 7mm.No chemical treatment of tires (such as oil soaking) is permitted Entrants with cars non compliant  may provide required replacement parts at their own expense time and money wise.
Failure to comply will incur a penalty , until they comply, of :
-5% of distance covered in the first race if the issue can be fixed before the series start or
-5% of distance covered in each race if the issue cannot be fixed

Regarding posted tyres i will issue refund of all payments (as Paypal does not allow partial refunds) and you will have to do the payment procedure again.You can keep the tyres.
