The current specification for the maximum metal thickness allowed for “Chassis Type B” is .75mm (.0295”). Would you consider increasing this limit to 1mm (.0394”). This adjustment would enable the use of the widely available .032” K&S Brass in the US, commonly utilized in many scratch-built chassis projects.
Also, the FF-050 brass motor bracket, offered by Slot Car Corner for scratch building purposes, has a thickness of .036” (.95mm). Can this bracket be used?
