I have revisited the thorny issues regarding chassis choices, and have proposed that.

Classification of two Chassis Types :
Type A - Plastic, Resin & Penelope Pitlane 
Type B - Other metal & B&W types.

I believe that since the Master Build Class is targeted at Resin kit builders, then it is logical to assume they would prefer to use the associated chassis etc, so I have withdrawn the option to use Type B chassis for this class. So only Mod Std Class cars can use Type B Chassis.

And secondly in reality we only have 2 or 3 Type B type chassis builders, so I have proposed to keep these chassis in Events 2 (Sports Prototypes) Event 4 (F1/Indy) only. 

The proposal has been ammended.
