Could you explain the 'primary time' used for the rankings? I'm struggling a bit. Thanks

The term “Primary Time or laps “is the measurement ( decided by the host) used to determine the finishing positions of the cars.

The Fastest lap is always measured as a “Secondary” measurement but only used by the hosts in the case of more than one car having the same Primary measurement.

The final positions determine the allocation of points.
