Just added Clarification to the Technical Rules v5  regarding the "Chassis Class Designation for P Class cars" and the issue of the basis for Eligible Motor list.

1) Basically it is intended that any scratchbuild metal chassis cars only run in Event 3 (Group C & LMP)
2) And that all motors in the "Eligible Motor List" are current commercially available ones.
