From what I can see, the rear wheel is already as close as it can get to the spur gear, so the only way to limit the tyre on the body will be to reduce body and/or pod float, or to shave the tyre a little. I wouldn't worry about it. The tyres have possibly swelled a bit as the oil has soaked into them. They'll probably wear down, with use.
