I have focused on the designated motor list, and decided that all the Events could work with the same motor list as I can see that this be best for the diverse range of models across the Events. However the motor list is quite precise and some motors have been left off intentionally based on experience regarding magnetic traction, which could be particularly advantageous for this proxy based on the tracks I am thinking of using for this Rally style proxy.

The rule framework still needs further details added to clarify some of the key points listed.

I am reviewing the role of the "penalty" based system, and thinking of a "return to owner to modify" approach rather than applying penalties which in general tends to depress me as it never seems to me to be a fair approach to any of the parties involved.
