I was asked by an entrant today how I am now measuring the track clearance for scrutineering.

I have adopted a standardised metal disc or "washer" to place under the car between the front and rear wheels on a set up plate.

          

         

The front and rear wheel tyres must be touching the set up plate between the front and rear wheels with the standardised disc placed underneath.
