The schedule has not yet been planned but in general I have heard positive indications from most of the current hosts, so they will remain the same tracks which we ran in the Touring Cars Slotting proxy. There is a new opportunity which I am exploring with an interested club which is close by to an existing host, so maybe some collusion may enable us to still retain 10 Rounds with 2x2 being able to be run in quick succession (as their would not require much movement of the cars).
But in general I would say this, that we still have issues with entrants fitting unsuitable guides with "deep, thick, long blades" often 2 or all 3 characteristics. EXCEPTIONALLY DEEP, THICK OR LONG BLADES DO NOT WORK!! and offer absolutely no advantage in a proxy. Having looked both at home and abroad for inspiration it is still a common issue regardless of whether you use plastic or just wood tracks. Oversize guides are problematic on many tracks and only suitable if you know that they work on your local club track.
That's my New Years Message done
