IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT- FINAL RULE CHANGE
I have simplified the dimensional requirements having taken the idea from another Proxy, so that specified individual Event wheel diameters rules are removed but replaced with a statement that all 4 wheels and tyres must have the same diameter (+/-1mm)

Additionally as another concession to the U2.0L historic cars, I am allowing the same rear tyre width of 10mm across all events irrespective if they are under or over 2 litre models, it is not to historical scale, but at the end of the day it makes for a more even playing field across the 4 events and might attract more entrants to enter cars they might have stayed clear of previously.

Finally also taken from the "other proxy" inspired change to simplify the rules, I have directly specified the penalties which will be applied to each race, as I been really generous on the Dimensional aspects, any infringements will be vigorously applied - you have been warned.
