On 1st Feb you said guide dimensions were 

The rules regarding the guide dimensions are "strongly advisable" and are self penalising if the guides fitted fail to work on any of the stages of the rounds

The standard sprung Ninco guides I have are 1.61mm thick

So we should just get on with it, it is what it is, I look forward to all the forthcoming events.

My Ninco guides are measuring 1.56mm width (thick) and work, but yes I took the point before and have amended my recommendations for future proxy's.
Mind you 1.5mm is probably still safer in this context, and some guides I measured were meeting this guideline.
