Event 3 "Rally Legends"
If the Event 1 was a Jaguar shoot out, and the Event 2 an Audi shoot out.....then Event 3 is surely going to be a Porsche 914/6 & Triumph TR7 shootout
Car 1
#3 Porsche 914/6 - Brumos RSR Class C
The first of many, this Porsche 914/6 is a SRC body, but with a Olifer chassis and SW Shark motor. Pretty fast in in the pre Proxy testing, but is a new build by the team.
Car2
#11 Triumph TR7 - Team Cube Class B
This has been a little bit of a problematic TR7 from the start, twice the body had departed from the chassis, so a little nervous about running this one. Hopefully with a little careful handling it will get round the series in tact. The car is a Scalex body with 3d chassis, in line Allslot 22k motor
Car3
#118 Porsche 914/6 Savage GT Class C
This is the 2nd car of the team, another quickie, based on SRC body but this one fitted with a Amato chassis and SW SRP 25k rpm motor.
Car 4
#52 Fiat 131 Abarth - RoadRunners - Class B
Always wanted to build this one for the Rally, used to be quite popular prior to the days of the SRC Porsche 914/6 models.
So it is a SCX body with a Amato chassis and fitted in line SRC 23K rpm M7 Motor
Car 5
#6 Triumph TR7 - BARacer Class B
Proved to be very quick in pre Proxy testing, this one could be a dark horse.
Scalex body with Amato chassis and Scaleauto 18k in line motor.
Car 6
#20 Ford Escort - Scott Sports Class B
Previously run in the American Road Race this is a Scalex body with a JS Design chassis and in line SRP 20K motor.
Car 7
#NN Porsche 914/6 - James@wyevalley Class C
Another Porsche, this one has a SRC body/chassis with M7 23K in line Motor.
Car 8
#2 Triumph TR7 - SSRC Class B
Welcome to SSRC who occasionally enters our Proxy events but also does some hosting duties, which we are very grateful for.
The final TR7, again a Scalex body with JS Design Chassis and in line standard Scalex motor.
Not awfully fast but has great decals
Car 9
#79 Alfa Giulia - ALS Racing Class B
Another car which was originally fitted with the Pirahna motor, and is now been fitted at Harlequin with the Entrants choice of a Scaleauto 25K rpm motor fitted in a 3d printed in line chassis.
Car 10
#78 Porsche 914/6 - Courtney Sport Class C
The 4th Porsche slightly different again from the others, with a SRC body, Olifer Chassis, SW Shark 20K rpm motor.
Fast !
