Our two stages are 11 laps/minute and 8 laps/minute and is what we would generally use.

The last time we ran a full Slot Rally championship was 2017, we had about 12 stages, a mix of plastic tracks and wood tracks but they were all as close to one minute run times as possible by adjusting the number of laps.
