I would enter a 90 series type body  NSR. Class D

Only, Scalextric, Ninco, SCX, Fly, Penelope Pitlane (Resin moulded) or Betta Classic (fibre moulded are allowed ).

Would injection moulded bodies from the 60's Monogram 1/32 cars be allowed ??............all other tech. specs are met, according to your rules outline.

yes any 60's plastic moulded body models (Monogram, Airfix etc) would be allowed as long as they meet the technical rules 
I guess this was a oversight on my part, I was not anticipating entries of cars from an earlier slot car period. But in principal why not, and they would be very welcome to participate.
