Hi Anthony, You may be able to find some appropriately sized sanding drums (tubes) online.......a far better (and smarter) option than gluing on some paper.
RGEO (google) and others offer Hudy replacement drums that are a slightly different diameter, and these accept sanding drums that are readily available (and inexpensive) online or in the local shops.
