SCX have been late to the party with any announcements of their 2021 releases... I was starting to get worried. Although the official announcements are likely to come over the weekend, we do have a few snippets to report, thanks to Gary at MRE.

The first - and most exciting - is a brand new model of one of the latest crop of WRC cars...

SCX-U10387 Hyundai 120 WRC - Dani Sordo. RRP £42.95. Due September 2021.

Rumour has it, there may be another WRC model to go with the Hyundai.

Otherwise, it looks at if SCX are dusting off their old tooling to put some classic bodies on new chassis and mechanicals...

SCX-U10393 Escort Cosworth Monster - Ken Block. RRP £42.95. Due May 2021.

SCX-U10392 Toyota Celica ST-165 - winner Safari Rally 1990 - Björn Waldegård. RRP £42.95. Due September 2021.

That's already three on my list... And MRE already have them on pre-order here.

We'll bring you more news about the entire SCX range - Original analogue, Advance digital and 1/43 scale Compact - when we have it.
