Looks like all the cars that are coming have arrived  

I'll start a new 'Race Report' thread in the morning, starting with pictures of the participating vehicles.

The racing will be skewed towards Sunday, but do expect some action tomorrow. I'll mostly be going through class by class - qualifying will be followed almost immediately by the elimination rounds for that class.

We're ready to go with our thirteenth proxy event on the Rock County Eighth Mile. We're missing a few regulars - but we do welcome Kev for his first race.

There are eight classes to enjoy for this one...

This morning, I'll introduce you to all the cars, starting with some that didn't have to travel very far...

   

(Those are mine). More a little later.

Most of the racing will happen tomorrow (Sunday). Each class will qualify and then race - that seems to work best when there are so many classes. I'll run through the list pretty much in the order above. I'll aim to race the Micro Scalextric Street and Super Stock cars today.

The travelling South Coast contingent this time is made up of Andy Phillips, Jane and Jeremy...

   

Over the water from Ontario we have seven cars from Ken, including some new ones...

Iain's Porsche Boxster has been to the paint shop and joins six other cars...

   

Clive's six include the return of the 'Brighton Rocks' Super Stock...

   

Nico's Austrian entries are now up to seven...

   

And finally, Kev's debut features a very smart Super Stock...

   

Plus four cars for Rose at the back to even up the 4-Gear classes to eight each and add to Street Stock and Magnatraction Pro Stock.

If my maths is correct - that's fifty-nine cars

A big thanks to Bill and Ken who sent prizes. Everyone will get at least something in their return boxes.
