Is "Width" the distance between the outer edges of the wheel/tyre across the axle?

It’s the rear width measured from outer edge of the rear wheels.

Cars have been dropped off at Michael’s. stage 9 will happen this week. 

Stage 9 is the first of the Ninco stages.
