Morning all
Is there anyway to revive the paint on car with tampo decals?
Bought a nice Scalextric GT40 in Gulf colours from a forum member with a faded front part of the bodyshell and just wondered if there's anyway to revive the colour?
Tried some T-Cut on a scrapper and that was too harsh.
Cheers

You could try jewellers rouge ,it's extremely fine but should give you a mirror finish .

You could use the combine clean and polish for plexiglas [or lexan] optical plastics. Not a quick fix, requiring some gentleness and patience. Have been using toothpaste for years and had positive results. but again, requires some patience. Best of luck.

Too harsh, like you removed some of the color and now need to correct and add? Let's see clear pics of it.
If you just want to bring shine back to the body then I would suggest you get some Tamia polishing compound - all 3... Course, Fine and Finish. They're discontinued I just found out but work really great.
