Our local race club decided to create a new IROC class around the Ferrari 312P Berlinetta.
Bodies were cast in ten different colours. Six bodies were spoken for in an instant.
Any chassis, motor, gears, or configuration.
Chassis were made for a friend and myself. Tires were glued and trued to aluminum wheels.
Here's my friend Chris B's Ferrari, fully assembled.
More to follow...

They're beautiful Ken.
What model did you use as the mold?

I humbly thank you Kevan.
My friend is the casting expert. Not me.
It's the old Aurora slot car body. The rounded rear wheel arches is the first clue to look for.

Great work Ken,
your photos come out awesome, it certainly helps show the cars better when photographed properly.
Cheers

I love the 312P, it's probably my favorite Ferrari.
The Aurora A-Jet cars are some of the hardest to find.
The Ferrari has been done a few times, and these are fabulous copies. In color, too!
This looks like it could be an interesting series.
Will there be leftover bodies?

Tony,
I humbly thank you for your kind words. I am a photography student and follower of Fotodoug. The machine work on your brake hubs is second to none.
Chappy,
I will gladly look into availability and price on your behalf.

If Chappy wants a DArt body. I'll get it for him and ship it out myself. I just sent some HO stuff to Mazda.
The IROC series were never meant to be a retail product. I still need to ask my friend Art if he'll part with one.
Cheers,
Ken
