Hi Anthony,
I have been doing bits when I can get out in the shed, thanks for asking.
I've got the drivers door closing on a tiny magnet, I'll have to look up how to post a video again as I've forgotten.
I've got the driver painted up and cut and moved his arm so he's sort of waving out the window, the dash is all scratch built and steering column and gear leaver.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
I was going to use one of the Pendle spoke wheels as a spare in the boot, but decided not to break a pair up.
I attempted to make one of the Airfix tyres looks as realistic as I could. It's a lot lighter in the back as well.
   
I made some petrol tanks from Balsa and had a go at ali foiling using kitchen tin foil.
It's pretty mad that you can get this stuff to conform like it has, then sand and polish it. Better ali finish than any paint can give in my opinion.
   
   
   
The tanks will get fixed in once the body is painted.
   
   
I can't remember if I post the mesh gills, I stole my wifes sieve and cut pieces to shape(I did buy her a new one  )
    I've done one at the front but can't find the photo on my laptop.
I want to get on to the body but I keep coming up with other small details to have a crack at making, I've hopefully got some tiny LED's coming for Christmas which will be a challenge to install.
