TibbsAwesome chassis work Chris, thats one cool looking car.
Where's the nice fancy set up block from with the wheel jig etc, I can't recall where I've seen them before, are they made in NZ?

Hello Tony, The jig (and set-up wheels) are from Precision Slot Cars in the US, and have been around for several years.........they make (made) both metric and Imperial versions.....they are a tad hard to come by these days, but if you are interested I believe that PCH Slot parts in the US still has a few in stock.

They are obviously great for scratchbuilding chassis but equally useful for plastic car chassis when installing bushings/front axle tubes etc.

I use the jig on all chassis builds,..........the jig not only insures that both axle are parallel, but the set-up blocks ensure that the axles are on the same horizontal plane,.....critical if you are  if you are installing/gluing front axle tubes..........you can certainly use wheels or spur gears for set-up blocks, but these jig blocks are far more stable when gluing/soldering and the axle holes are offset in the blocks to give  either 1.5mm or 2mm track clearance for various tire diameters.
