I would also add (when restocks arrive) the SRP 20k from Pendle's.
I have used a few of the 16k and they have all been close to spec with decent brakes.

The Scaleauto isn't a bad motor (They do often rev faster than spec though) but I think the torque specs are skewed, they don't seem to have the brakes of the other brands similar speed motors.
Having said that, with magnets on scaley track that is probably not as noticeable ...
