Without displays on the controller, this process is akin Navigating the crystal maze in the pitch-black on Roller Blades  Bigsmile
However, at  six ARC  controllers for the price of one SCP , this is clearly a worthwhile option for setting up an Oxigen track on a budget and Greg describes the process clearly.
