Not as bad as you might think, Le Mans was dominated by the Group C cars through Most of the 80's, and of course more recently mostly by Prototype cars, and only more recently has there been changes made to encourage back more GT types as GTE class cars.
I have updated the entrants list, please see attached.
We are just about full now, so if any new entrants not listed would like to participate I will keep a reserve list should any of those currently confirmed withdraw before October.
Still only found one car that (sort of) complies, so it doesn't matter that much if I've not made the list, I'd only enter if I could run 3 classes.
Good luck to everyone, and the good thing is that there will be no home advantage when you run at Woodland Fort.

Hi Qman
you are still on the list and 3 car places has been reserved within the 60 car overall limits for you, but I understand of course that if you don't have any Le Mans cars to fit the categories, that is very unfortunate.
But welcome the fact that if your club is still able to act as hosts for the entrants in this competition then that is very much appreciated.
we have now a full list of entrants for the Le Mans Proxy, so unless someone else withdraws I will hold the entry list to the number in the PDF attachment below.
Also a Rule change
finally decided to drop the mandatory requirement to use Slot it N22 tyres for class D cars in the rules, as perhaps they may become scare and probably expensive when demand outstrips supply due to the production having ceased at the end of last year.

FINAL Rules change attached - allows for lower ground clearance (ie 1mm) for the Scalextric Standard only class cars. As the more recent Scalex cars have chassis shaped lower at the backside and it is impossible to meet a 1.5 mm clearance with some Le Mans models.
Application forms are now available by request, please note that I am requesting that photos of the cars are provided in advance of the cars being posted to me, so that I can check that they meet the basic requirements, and that we don't need to spend time modifying them or worse having to send them back at the last minute.
