Maybe it's all over social media but in a day or two it will have disappeared into the vastness. At least here it should always be easy to find again so in no particular order - except for the first and last - and with no commentary, are a few photos from Saturday to give you a flavour of the event.
Promotion of the event by the organisers has also bypassed this and several other forums. Just like most organisations they think that social media is the answer to everything.
I don't know if the hiring costs have increased or whether the organisers are getting greedy but I also noticed a dearth of smaller traders. The big firms were there as always but other regulars from past events were noticeable by their absence.
I understand that they also charged the NSCC £360 to attend. As a not-for-profit organisation they have never been charged before so budgetary restraints meant they could not man their stand as fully as in previous years. I gather that the, previously free, advert for the event in the NSCC magazine might possibly incur a reciprocal charge next year!
