I couldn't let KensRedZed outdo me!  I've raced Kens track and it's really fun...this is a little bigger.

Individual power supplies for each lane, and the "Equalizer" timing program!  White surface is a gloss laminate used for high end kitchen cabinets...yields about 50% better traction than painted MDF.  Track measures 91'.

Talking Utter Slot : Ep 16

In the latest episode of the world's favourite slot car podcast* we discuss what Pedro wouldn't buy this week, what Scott did buy last week and taking on the Youtubers we do an unboxing. On a podcast. That's now a thing. Apparently.

Moving on, there's nothing about 3d-printing because it's dead, observations on two trips to Gaugemaster (the bricks 'n' mortar retailer in Sussex), another race report from Scott's World Tour of British Slot Car Clubs, stuff about the red one with the white roof and the one that's mostly white with blue. And then we even manage to pack in a little bit concerning Truspeed triggers. It's all here, folks. Look nowhere else for slot car content on a podcast.

*possibly not actually true.

CONTENT ADVISORY: we do talk a little about model railways and Pedro says tranche. Sorry. It won't happen again.

OK, this is just a curiosity question, but why can resin printers make a better job of fine detail and produce less ridges on curves than plastic ones ?

Bit of a long shot but does anyone have a bottom rear wing for a C370 Escort Cosworth available (blue and yellow car with Pilot decals)

One on eBay but a different colour and without the part Michelin decal

Thanks

Hi

Not sure this is the right place but my 2.5yr old is obsessed with Toy Story and Star Wars (he’s a bit young for SW but likes the space planes!!)

There are several vehicles available in Scalextric Micro for both and was wondering if it’s possible to convert to run on normal Scalextric track?

Looking at pics of the guides on the Micro’s it’s a pin rather than blade and the braids look a bit wide.

Thought I’d ask before I buy a few for him to whizz around

Thanks
