Model Cars is one of the oldest and longest standing modelling magazines, pre-dating the advent of slot cars by over a decade.

As its name suggests the magazine was initially about modelling, but as slot cars became more popular the publication relaunched in 1964, and its articles were more focused on slot cars, racing, tracks and clubs. The magazine features product reviews, model news, slot tracks, blueprints, and technical know how.
