I can thoroughly recommend these barriers. They have been installed on my track for more than a year and have been well tested by errant slot cars. Still as good as new and they absorb crashes without damaging the cars.

We recently heard the very sad news that Duncan - aka Racing Line - passed away in February.

Apart from producing these fabulous tyre barriers, Duncan was a great guy and made a big contribution to our hobby. Duncan set up and ran the Exmoor Slot Racing Club and took his digital J-Track system layouts to public events around the South West. He also helped develop the Touring Car and GT4 Trophy standards for the Digital Slot Car Association. Most of all, it was a pleasure to spend time with Duncan - racing, chatting and putting the slot car world to rights. He will be missed.

On behalf of everyone at SlotRacer Online, our condolences go out to Duncan's family and friends.

Very sad news indeed.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Duncan, but as you probably know, we worked together on J-Trak for quite a while, and he always seemed to approach things in the right way.

His enthusiasm for taking his track out into the wider world, and promoting the hobby, was certainly something I admired very much.

He will be missed.

Sad news indeed. I never met Duncan but we corresponded regularly and he was most helpful when I needed some non-standard tyre barriers. He made me some special ones and even supplied them at no charge. A really nice person taken before his time.
